1. Product Use

Our products are designed for baby care and should be used as per the instructions provided. Proper usage and hygiene practices are recommended.

2. Product Information

We try to ensure all product details, images and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, print or stitching may occur as part of normal manufacturing process.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation of payment method (in case of Cash On Delivery Orders). Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified after dispatch. However, if the order is not yet dispatched, it can be cancelled (TnC* Apply)

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Happy Baby Company is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of products.

6. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Dispute Resolution:

In case of any concerns or disputes, we request you to contact our support team first. We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
