Our products fall under the baby hygiene category and are not eligible for return once used.

This is to ensure that every product delivered is safe, fresh and unused for your baby.

Return/Replacement Eligibility:

Conditions:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product should be unused and in its original condition

  • Proof (images/video) may be required
